The Disclosure - March 2026

Jurimesh

Welcome to The Disclosure. A monthly account of everything we shipped, fixed, broke (briefly), and improved. Written with the clarity and specificity a fair disclosure requires.
We think you have a right to know what we've been up to. So consider this your disclosure letter. Unlike most sellers in an M&A process, we're not trying to bury the bad stuff in a general carve-out.
Let’s take a look at what happened this month.

More control over your review
Add risks from anywhere
You no longer need to be inside a document to add a risk to the report. Spot something in an analysis or a chat thread? Add it from there.
Choose which checks run
Jurimesh runs over 1,000 built-in legal checks. You can now see the full list and turn off anything that is irrelevant to your practice.
See the reasoning behind checks
Previously you only saw the output. Now you can open the full reasoning, what context the model considered, what it found in the document, how it got to the result.
Document notifications
Multiple people working on the same document? Subscribe to it. You'll get notified when a risk, comment, or status changes.
Setup and navigation
SharePoint and HighQ integrations

We added SharePoint and HighQ alongside Google Drive, Ansarada, Virtual Vaults, and Dropbox. Connect your VDR in a single click and pull documents straight in.
Redesigned IRL setup
The information request list flow now includes a confirmation step before reorganizing your data room. We also added IRL templates built with M&A lawyers, useful if you don't want to start from scratch.
Better filters and sorting
Filtering has been rebuilt so combined filters actually work. You can also sort by contract date, which makes large contract sets easier to get through.
