  • The user consents. By using our services, the Customer confirms that all affected parties were informed and gave their consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, affecting only future processing.

  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take pre-contractual measures at the user's request.

  • The processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

  • The processing is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest, balancing this interest with user privacy.

3. Data Sharing

Artificieel may share personal data with:

  • Internal Parties: Artificieel and its subsidiaries or parent companies (list available upon request at info@artificieel.com).

  • External Processors: Public entities, IT service providers, auditors, marketing agencies, lawyers, etc. These processors are authorized to process data for specific tasks and are bound by data protection legislation.

Data is not kept longer than necessary. Artificieel retains data only to provide optimal service. Upon contract termination, deletion of data can be requested without obligation.

For customers using their own servers, Artificieel is not responsible for server management.

Artificieel employs technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Artificieel uses only functional cookies necessary for authentication and other essential functionalities. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. These cookies do not gather information that can be used for marketing or tracking your browsing activity on other websites.
