This page provides information about the subprocessors Jurimesh uses to process Personal Data as defined in our DPP available on https://jurimesh.com/policies/dpp
For each sub-processor that we use, we apply the principles of least privilege. This means that each third-party system shall only have access to the minimum data required to fulfill its purpose.
Google Cloud (Google Cloud EMEA Limited)
Nature of processing: Cloud services and data storage for the core platform, including Customer data and Customer files
Territory: EEA
Safeguard: Data hosted in EEA; provider additionally certified under EU-US DPF for any incidental US access
Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited)
Nature of processing: Provision of cloud infrastructure
Territory: EEA
Safeguard: Data hosted in EEA; provider additionally certified under EU-US DPF for any incidental US access
Amazon AWS (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL)
Nature of processing: Provision of cloud infrastructure
Territory: EEA
Safeguard: Data hosted in EEA; provider additionally certified under EU-US DPF for any incidental US access
Convert API (ConvertAPI, UAB)
Nature of processing: Document conversion and file processing (e.g., converting uploaded files via API)

Safeguard: Data hosted on IBM Cloud infrastructure within the EEA when using EEA-configured endpoints; no transfer of personal data outside the EEA without prior written consent of the Client; a signed Data Processing Agreement is in place
HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.)
Nature of processing: Marketing and sales automation platform used for managing customer and prospect contact information and communication

Nature of processing: Recording and transcription of meetings, including those involving customers, prospects, or internal staff

Safeguard: Data hosted in EEA; limited transfer to the US may occur where AI processing is performed by Anthropic; such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in the form of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.)
Nature of processing: Application monitoring, error tracking, and performance diagnostics
Territory: EEA
Safeguard: Data hosted in EEA (Frankfurt, Germany); provider is a US entity, transfers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, incorporated into Sentry's Data Processing Addendum; only the minimum technical data required for issue tracking is transmitted, no sensitive or personal data is intentionally sent to Sentry's servers
