A bit about Bart

Bart Goossens is a partner at GSJ Advocaten in Antwerp. He served as Managing Partner from 2013 to 2025 and has been advising on Belgian and cross-border transactions since 1987. So yes, Bart has seen some data rooms, even the physical ones that were a thing before virtual data rooms.

On top of his practice, he's been a prolific author and editor with a long list of publications on company law, distribution, and commercial practices.
