Introducing agentic chat a.k.a. CHAD

Jurimesh

Today we're launching CHAD, Jurimesh's agentic chat. Ask CHAD a question about your data room and his agents go to work, building the deliverable and citing the source for every claim.
What makes CHAD different: he already knows the deal. Every document in the data room, the transaction details, the IRL, the Q&A, and every finding Jurimesh has flagged. All loaded before you type the question.
CHAD covers the full M&A workflow, on both sides of the table. He's just as useful for buy-side due diligence as for sell-side advisors stress-testing the data room before it opens.
What CHAD can do
A few things deal teams have been asking him for:
Cap table creation. Full ownership picture, share classes, vesting, and lock-ups, cross-checked against the shareholder agreements.
Accelerated repayment check. Every CoC clause that triggers accelerated loan repayment, in one overview.
D&O coverage gap check. Current directors cross-referenced against the D&O policy, so you know who's covered and who isn't.
IP ownership map. Everything owned, licensed in, and licensed out, in one view.
Top deal issues memo. "Give me the five things to escalate before closing." CHAD reads the room, prioritises, cites.
How CHAD works
CHAD works in three steps.
First, he writes a research plan, laying out exactly what he'll do and how. You accept it or tweak it, then hit go.
Second, his agents investigate. The work splits across the data room. One agent on the SHA, another on the loan agreements, another on the side letters. Findings stream in as they're discovered, not in a single dump at the end.
Third, CHAD checks his own work before you see it. If a claim isn't properly supported by the underlying documents, it gets sent back for revision.
CHAD is now live in Jurimesh and ready to help you on your next deal.
